JSTech has a current opening for a full-time BI Applications Developer that is proficient in relational databases and SQL. Experience with other programming languages and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is preferred but not required. This individual must work well in an agile environment and be highly motivated and engaged. Position is 100% telework.

ROLE​

• Provide contract support for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

• Write and modify SQL queries

• Data modeling and relational database development 

• Develop applications that support the mission, including dashboards, reports, SharePoint applications, web pages and maps

• Provide a creative approach towards modernizing and streamlining products and deliverables

• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science preferred)

• 1-2 years of experience with data analytics and software such as SAP BOBJ, Qlik Sense, SharePoint and Microsoft PowerBI

• Languages: SQL (required), html, javascript, css 

• Experience querying and analyzing data in a variety of platforms

• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (can be obtained upon employment)

• Self-motivated with the drive to work both independently and as a team

• SharePoint Development and GIS familiarity preferred but not required
