Jonathan founded JSTech Consulting in the Spring of 2018 with a desire to assist clients in as many ways and to the greatest extent possible. Establishing JSTech proved the most viable option to do that. While Jonathan's formal background is in Geographic Information Science, his career path led him to the world of business intelligence development, data analysis, and IT consulting.
Kyle Goodman
Senior Geospatial Engineer
Kyle joined JSTech in April of 2024 bringing 10+ years of experience as a Cartographer for the US Army Corps of Engineers Real Estate Division. He has extensive knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Database Administration capturing cadastral and real estate business workflows. Kyle earned a Master of Science in Geography with a focus on GIS and sustainability bringing an abundance of knowledge in database design and development, data analysis, and mapping.
Samantha joined JSTech in the Spring of 2019 bringing with her a diverse background in consulting, quality improvement, and data analytics. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which she leverages to maximize occupational performance. She has worked with several clients over the years to include the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), Defense Centers of Excellence (DCoE), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), and Inova Health System.
Mark Steenberg
Lead Capture Management
Mark joined JSTech Consulting in the Spring of 2021 with a desire to focus on data applications planning, development and reporting. Retiring a full colonel, Mark brings over 30 years of military and government experience in business planning, operations, development and IT consulting. He has graduate degrees in public administration and strategic resources along with recent education in IT networking, programming and cyber security.
